• Business Information: Business name, type, greeting messages, and knowledge base data (products, services, FAQs, operating hours, contact details) that business owners provide to configure their AI agent.
• Conversation Data: Messages exchanged between customers and the AI agent via Facebook Messenger or the web chat interface. These messages are stored to improve response quality and provide analytics to business owners.
• Account Information: When you log in via Manus OAuth, we receive your name and email address to create and manage your account.
• Facebook Page Data: Facebook Page IDs and Page Access Tokens provided by business owners to enable Messenger integration. These tokens are stored securely and used solely to send automated replies on behalf of the connected page.
• Usage Analytics: Conversation counts, message timestamps, common query topics, and interaction patterns used to generate business insights dashboards.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Myanmar AI Robot platform and its features.
• Generate AI-powered automated responses in Burmese language on behalf of connected businesses.
• Display conversation history, analytics, and business insights to authorized business owners.
• Send notifications to business owners when the AI cannot answer a customer query or when specific alert keywords are detected.
• Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Facebook Messenger Data

Our platform integrates with the Facebook Messenger Platform. When a business owner connects their Facebook Page:

• We receive messages sent to the connected Facebook Page via the Messenger Platform webhook.
• We use the Page Access Token to send automated AI replies on behalf of the page.
• Message content is stored in our database to provide conversation logs and analytics to the business owner.
• We do not sell, share, or use Messenger conversation data for advertising purposes.
• Business owners can disconnect their Facebook Page at any time from the Dashboard, which will stop all automated replies and data collection for that page.
• We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Our use of Messenger data is limited to providing the automated customer service functionality described in this policy.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With Business Owners: Conversation data and analytics are shared with the business owner who operates the connected Facebook Page or web chat.
• Service Providers: We use third-party AI services (including large language model providers) to generate responses. Message content may be processed by these services solely to generate replies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business Transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain conversation data and business information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Business owners may request deletion of their business data and associated conversations by contacting us. When a Facebook Page is disconnected, new messages will no longer be collected, but historical conversation data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure storage of access tokens, and access controls limiting who can view business data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Disconnect your Facebook Page at any time to stop data collection.
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis.
